Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika


 
 


1.       Changanya unga, siagi, baking powder, na sukari katika bakuli 


 


2.       Tia mayai, na maji kidogo uchanganye vizuri.


 


3.        Sukuma kiasi kama unavyosukuma chapati duara kubwa.  


 


4.            Tandaza tende juu yake halafu kunja hadi mwisho. 


 


5.              Paka mayai juu yake halafu mwagia ufuta kisha kata kata vipande kama katika picha.


 


6.       Vipange kwenye treya ya oveni kisha choma(bake)moto wa 350°F kwa muda wa nusu saa takriban. 


 


7.       Ziepue katika moto naziache zipowe. Panga katika sahani.
